- I grew up in Batavia, went to community college there, and transferred to UB after I graduated w/ an Associates. I swore I would never ever go to college after I graduated high school, and got a good job as a salesman for Pepsi. Then, I herniated a disc in my back, and needed to find a new line of work. I figured out that I would need to make money with my head instead of my back, which is fine, I think it's a destiny of sorts. So now I'm here, in Buffalo, hanging out, about to graduate, and checkin out this academy to see what's up

On Tuesday, December 1 at 1PM, the Undergraduate Academies hosted a guest speaker Dr. Sarah-Bay Cheng, from the Department of Theatre & Dance.

How was your Thanksgiving Break?
Hey guys,
We're curious about the fun you had back home on break!
I had a nice relaxing time not being seeing the inside of Hayes Hall and definitely ate too much food. It was my first Thanksgiving as a vegetarian which made my mom real nervous, but she handled the stuffed squash well! I also saw my friend who is living in NYC. We haven't hung out in two years- it was an awesome time!
