Members of the Undergraduate Academies Ambassadors Program serve as representatives of the Academies.

Position Description
Members of the Undergraduate Academies Ambassadors Program serve as representatives of the Academies. The Ambassadors Program is a voluntary public relations organization sponsored by the Undergraduate Academies that serves as a vital force to promote the Undergraduate Academies to the University community. The Undergraduate Academies Ambassadors have a unique opportunity to educate prospective students and their families about the benefits of participating in one of the three Academies; the Civic Engagement, Global Perspectives, and Research Exploration Academies.

Are you interested in sharing your Academy experience with University undergraduates and prospective students? The Academy Ambassador Program offers you the opportunity to interact with prospective students through a variety of UB events and activities. Through the Ambassador’s program you will meet other students who share a common interest in the themed Academies. This is a wonderful opportunity to create a legacy in the Undergraduate Academies.

On Tuesday, December 1 at 1PM, the Undergraduate Academies hosted a guest speaker Dr. Sarah-Bay Cheng, from the Department of Theatre & Dance.

How was your Thanksgiving Break?

Hey guys,

We're curious about the fun you had back home on break!

I had a nice relaxing time not being seeing the inside of Hayes Hall and definitely ate too much food. It was my first Thanksgiving as a vegetarian which made my mom real nervous, but she handled the stuffed squash well! I also saw my friend who is living in NYC. We haven't hung out in two years- it was an awesome time!

Bingo!

Shared Interest Housing Leaders Shannon and Aubrey hosted a bingo game last night on the 7th floor lounge in Red Jacket. We played until everyone won- Bingo apparently does take skill!
